Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Veyra Global Supply Chain services. Last updated: October 24, 2023

Welcome to Veyra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "you"), and Veyra Global Supply Chain ("Veyra", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our supply chain management, procurement, and project coordination services.

1 Agreement to Terms

By engaging Veyra for supply chain management services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

Veyra operates as a B2B supply chain management platform and project procurement partner, integrating Chinese manufacturing resources for global real estate developers, interior design firms, contractors, and hospitality groups. We are not a traditional product retailer.

2 Scope of Services

Veyra provides comprehensive one-stop building materials and home furnishing supply chain management services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Supplier Integration: Sourcing and integrating high-quality manufacturing facilities in China tailored to your project requirements.
  • Sample Development: Providing material recommendations and coordinating the production of prototypes and samples.
  • Production Monitoring: Tracking factory production progress to ensure adherence to project timelines.

3 Project Procurement & Management

As your project procurement management partner, Veyra assists in translating your design specifications and project requirements into actionable manufacturing plans.

Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for providing accurate architectural drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Veyra will not be held liable for manufacturing errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

4 Quality Control & Inspections

Veyra acts as your risk management partner on the ground. We conduct systematic quality inspections during the production process and prior to shipment.

While we implement rigorous quality control measures to minimize procurement risks, Veyra acts as an intermediary supply chain manager. Final product warranties remain with the respective original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), though Veyra will assist the Client in facilitating any necessary warranty claims.

5 Logistics & Installation Support

We coordinate international transportation, export procedures, and customs documentation. Delivery timelines provided are estimates based on standard manufacturing and shipping conditions. Veyra is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs holds, or global shipping disruptions.

For overseas installation support, Veyra provides coordination and technical documentation. Physical installation labor is the responsibility of the Client unless explicitly contracted otherwise.

6 Payment Terms

Payment schedules for large-scale procurement projects are defined in individual Service Agreements or Proforma Invoices. Standard terms typically require a deposit prior to the commencement of manufacturing, with the balance due upon successful pre-shipment inspection.

7 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Veyra, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of our supply chain services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
